This RE is a bit blurred and can't be positively identified, although the livery application with white round the destination display was distinctive (but not quite unique) - it reflected the original layout of red and cream on these buses.

The bus is carrying an orange SELNEC flash which dates the photograph to after the end of SELNEC Cheshire.
