New in 1928 as Ribble 477 this bus had a Leyland B29R body. It was withdrawn in 1936 and moved to Western SMT who fitted it with a diesel engine in 1939. The body was rebuilt by Western SMT in 1944 and it ended up as B35F by 1950 and was last licensed in 1951.

Behind is a United Welsh Guy Arab II. 669 (DWN 330) had a Northern Counties UL27/28R body and was new in 1943 and withdrawn in 1956.
