A lovely step back in time courtesy of Ted Jones who photographed NNY 68 descending Sardis Hill working to Pontrhydyfen.
It has just passed the site of the bridge carrying the Port Talbot Railway line to Tonmawr which would only recently have been removed. This was the bridge that made Creamline initially reluctant to operate double-deckers - the steep gradient made judging the actual clearance quite difficult.
