U1371 is probably paying a final visit to Chepstow workshops - its tax disc expires Mar-1982 but will not have expired as RS4067 (LAX 112E) to the left was sold that month, having been withdrawn in 1980.

U1371 was allocated new number U1276 but almost certainly didn't carry it as it was withdrawn in 1982, before the new numbers were applied.

Despite seeming to be in fine fettle here, it was sold for scrap in May-1983.
