U364 was new in 1965 to Lydney depot where it replaced the last half-cab single decker allocated there, and one of the last Albions in the fleet, S1147 (FWO 643). It moved quite quickly to Chepstow and as far as I can tell saw out its days there apart from a brief loan to Penarth Road depot in Cardiff as seen here.

It is returning to Cardiff following a trip to Ynysybwl on the 330. At least the destination blind contained Cardiff!
