Subject: Bradford C. T. 717 (DKY 717)
Chassis: Karrier W
Body: East Lancs H35/28RD
Location: Buttershaw, Reevy Road West
Date: 20-Jun-1971

717 continues round the loop at the Buttershaw terminus, turning back into Reevy Road West ready for the return to the city centre.

The turning loop here was also used for bus services that approached from Horton Bank Top, hence the presence of the bus stop to the right. The 54 came from the city but in 1965 had been merged with the 9 service from Stanningley to create a new cross-city service which took the latter's number. The 62 service came from Bankfoot. Both these services arrived at Buttershaw before the trolleybus link in 1956.
