Manchester first Daimler Fleetlines had this very plain body style from Metro-Cammell with a flat front. 4600 carries a sticker to the right of the fleet number showing it was allocated to Princess Road garage and would have been one of the very few buses to carry these on a pre-SELNEC livery. The stickers were not introduced until 1974, almost five years after the formation of SELNEC. It is turning up Waterloo Street.
