A very unusual sight on the 98 service was this Daimler Fleetline single-decker, new to Bury Corporation. The depot sticker shows it to be allocated to Frederick Road but it must be working from Hyde Road to be on the 98. Both the bus station and the car park behind are unusually quiet.
