Of interest are the posters in the windows saying “Save our Jambusters - No Congestion” and “Do you remember the bus?”. This is part of a campaign against what would become the 1985 Transport Act which led to the deregulation of buses and the end of Taff-Ely Borough Council operation. These buses formed part of a protest drive around Westminster, with buses from Islwyn and Merthyr Tydfil also taking part.
