12 is near the Civic Centre, as shown on the destination, but scheduled buses didn't come down Dock View Road. Yet a Sherpa can also be seen, travelling in the opposite direction.

These workings may be a diversion relating to road works in conjunction with the new Gladstone Bridge, which now joins at the roundabout where the other bus is waiting in the background. Dock View Road has since been diverted and this part of the road no longer exists.
