One of three similar vehicles new in December 1995, Islwyn had just started re-using lower fleet numbers that year. West Mon had practised gap-filling which meant that a new bus took the number of that it replaced. This policy changed in Islwyn Borough days in the early 1980s when new vehicles were just numbered incrementally. Nevertheless, to avoid it being too straightforward the three of this batch were not numbered in order of their registrations.

11 is loading up in Pontypridd for the return to Blackwood.
