Although my initial impression was that this was taken from a trolleybus going the other way, I now believe it was taken from the rear of a double-deck bus going the same way, that bus having pulled out slightly to pass the parked vehicle just visible.

14 has not long left the terminus, the approximate location of which is marked by Albion Colliery’s chimney in the left background. On the left is the remains of the Glamorganshire Canal.
