87 was photographed a second time by John on the same journey and is seen here passing the White Hart in Station Square (or The Tumble). It is now known as the Soul Suite and to my surprise currently has a photograph from my Pontypridd gallery when you click on the link on Google Maps!
I stayed in this pub on a visit in March 1977 and a couple of photographs in the Rhondda gallery date from that visit.
Between 1851 and 1869 the County Court would sit here until the Court House was built.
