Subject: Rhondda Buses 87 (L87 CWO)
Chassis: Dennis Dart 9SDL3024
Body: Wright Handy-bus B35F
Location: Bridgend, Derwen Road
Date: 31–May-1994

The 244 terminated in Market Street after the closure of the bus station and 87 has just turned out of Market Street onto Derwen Street at the start of its return to Pontypridd, this being the 1700hrs departure.

The Pen-y-Bont Inn is so titled as it is the Welsh name for Bridgend. However, nowadays the pub is simply called The Railway with Station Hill (once called Station Road) being just off-camera to the right.
