Originally NS1579, this bus became NS1483 in 1983 and NS473 in 1986. It was one of the vehicles moved to a new depot in Bedwas and painted in this red and yellow Caerphilly Buslink livery to operate local services in the town. These services formed the basis of the later Caerphilly Busways operation in Rhondda Buses days.
