The identity of this vehicle is not certain, but it is believed to also be of 227 and taken at the same time as the external view, although not quite in the same place.

The view shows the cab environment, the most noticeable feature of which is the way the front staircase blocks the view to the nearside. In the corner below the window is an emergeny equipment box containing rubber gloves. The rather battered box to the left of the steering coloumn is the changeover control between overhead and traction batteries.

Over the nearside windscreen can be seen the two main traction circuit breakers, guaranteed to make the driver jump if they tripped when in motion!
