Subject: Western Welsh HR1777 (SKG 896S)
Chassis: Bristol VRT/SL3/501
Body: ECW H43/31F
Location: Cardiff bus station
Date: 10-Dec-1977

New in Jul-1977, HR1777 only carried Western Welsh fleet names for about nine months before they were replaced by National Welsh ones.

Without being an overall advert in the traditional sense, this bus carried adverts exclusively for Fisherman's Friend products. All the external adverts were for the lozenges as seen here whilst the interior advertising extolled the virtues of their rubbing ointment. These adverts were all removed in Jun-1978.
