Oldham 467 was numerically the first of four PD2s bought from Halifax, but had the highest registration number. It had been 108 in the Halifax Corporation fleet before being transferred to the Joint Omnibus Committee as 308. This sight of one of these buses working from Manchester to Greenfield was very unusual as there were no such extra workings, meaning that this vehicle was on an all day duty. Despite being a regular traveller on the service at this time, I don't recall one of these working it.
