After the demise of National Welsh this coach passed to Tellings-Golden Miller and it was quickly painted into National Express Rapide livery (as seen on the coach behind). It later became the regular coach on the 701 and then received this green and white livery for the service. It would later display the fleet number in the standard Rhondda Buses registration plate style.
