790 is in No. 1 shed, which as can be seen was full of withdrawn trolleybuses at this time. The accumulated dirt makes it look as if it is driving onto a field!
The access portals between the sheds weren't needed in tram days and would have been added once buses (both trolley- and motor-) were allocated here.
