A second photograph from the Rhondda Transport Golden Jubilee booklet, published in 1956. 327 is still posed in the same place but the photographer has moved to a higher vantage point giving a panorama over Ystrad and further up the valley.

The water tank visible on the right is a service reservoir and is still there today, albeit surrounded by trees.
