English Electric and Blackpool became almost synonymous in the 1930s with the development of the streamliner fleet of trams. Despite the large number of vehicles built there are hardly any photographs in the archive and I can only regretfully conclude that they were 'borrowed' at some time in the past. It does leave rather a large and important gap in the archive.
