Subject: National Welsh UC276 (NWO 447R) Chassis: Leyland Leopard PSU3C/4R Body: Duple Dominant C49F Location: Cardiff bus station Date: c.1976
UC276 doesn't show what service it's on but from the shadows it must be the 1300 departure on the 871. The driver is helping passengers board his virtually-new Leyland Leopard.
It would later be modified with brackets for slip boards to allow other branding (notably that for TrawsCambria) to replace that for National Express. It was equipped for one-man operation in Apr-1977.
